2) What if I am not happy with the item I received?

No problem. Simply return item in original box within 14 days. The following restocking fees apply after 14 days:
31-60 days 20% of total cost of item
61-90 days 40% of total cost of item
After 90 days no returns accepted

Cushions

1) Are the cushions washable?

The covers can be wiped down anytime and can be machine-washed and line-dried when needed.

2) How does the cushion stay in place on the chair?

All cushions come standard with Kwik Strap that loops around anti-tip bars to hold cushion securely in place.

3) Why are support pro cushions longer than the wheelchair seat depth?

Our cushions are tapered toward the back to compensate for the gap between the sling and the back.
