JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by generating leads within a specific territory, as it relates to the Rehab Division. Call on prospective and existing customers to sell products that meet their needs and be a resource partner to them.
Responsibilities
  1. Grow territory sales in accordance with projections set by management.
  2. Review and study Top 20% accounts to know potential and existing sales volume.
  3. Market and provide in-services to ATP’s and rehab therapists.
  4. Identify and capture business of major rehab companies and hospitals in respective territory.
  5. Build relationships with clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
  6. Resolve customer concerns by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  7. Recommend changes in product and services based on reports prepared to track customer feedback and evaluate results, concerns, and competitive developments.
  8. Understand customer needs and present viable solutions
  9. Create and deliver effective sales presentations, in-services and educational courses, adjusting content based on audience.
  10. Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products offered, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  11. Maintain expense and sample budgets to at or below budget set by management.
  12. Prepare reports for management reviewing sales activity, business account review, and Top 20%
  13. Maintain CRM sales team records.
  14. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educations workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, participating in societies and working toward attaining and maintaining ATP credential.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures and business code of ethics and insures they are implemented with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of one year prior sales experience. Prior medical product experience preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong relationship building skills.
  5. Strong leadership skills.
  6. Ability to persuade and influence others in order to close a sale.
  7. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  8. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  9. Decision making ability.
  10. Strong motivation and drive to increase sales.
  11. Experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
  12. Experience with software solutions and large, complex organizations.
  13. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  14. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
